Выбор антитромбоцитарной терапии у пациентов со стабильной стенокардией

Аннотация
История открытия и применения ацетилсалициловой кислоты (АСК) насчитывает более 120 лет. Открытая в качестве жаропонижающего и обезболивающего средства на сегодняшний день АСК наиболее широко используется для профилактики осложнений атеросклеротического поражения коронарных и периферических артерий. Несмотря на большое количество исследований, проведенных с АСК у пациентов для первичной и вторичной профилактики ССЗ, в практике остается целый ряд нерешенных вопросов: выбор дозы препарата из диапазона рекомендуемых, продолжительность антитромботической терапии, диагностика и терапия резистентности к АСК, а также проблема профилактики желудочно-кишечных кровотечений на фоне терапии АСК.
