Артериальная гипертензия у пациентов с посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством

Аннотация

Пациенты с артериальной гипертензией (АГ) и посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством (ПТСР) в настоящее время относятся к мало известной широкому кругу практикующих врачей категории больных. Частота сочетания АГ и ПТСР в общей популяции и среди кардиологических пациентов явно недооценена, а их взаимное влияние, особенности развития и течения АГ при ПТСР, тактика выбора медикаментозного лечения недостаточно освещены в отечественной медицинской литературе. В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященной изучению клинических особенностей развития и течения АГ у пациентов с ПТСР и подходов к лечению таких пациентов на основании анализа источников с использованием баз данных eLibrary.ru и PubMed. В поиске литературы использованы следующие ключевые слова: артериальная гипертензия, посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство, сердечно-сосудистые заболевания, патогенез, лечение. Всего найдено 200 полнотекстовых источников литературы, для составления обзора использовано 60 источников, наиболее подходящих по тематике.
