Аннотация
В обзоре приводится хронология крупных мировых исследований, посвященных влиянию оценки преходящей ишемии миокарда, в том числе радионуклидными методами, а также стенозов коронарных артерий на выбор терапевтической стратегии и прогноз у пациентов с ишемической и коронарной болезнью сердца. Обсуждаются вопросы целесообразности использования анатомических, функциональных и перфузионных визуализирующих методов неинвазивной диагностики при обследовании пациентов с предполагаемой или установленной ишемической болезнью сердца.
