Инверсия зубца Т в грудных отведениях: дифференциальный диагноз при сердечных и внесердечных заболеваниях

Аннотация
Инверсия зубца Т (ИЗТ) – распространенная находка на электрокардиограмме. Причины ИЗТ многочисленны, в ряде случаев ИЗТ может возникать при угрожающих жизни состояниях. Цель обзора литературы – представить современный анализ ИЗТ: (1) определение и распространенность, (2) причины возникновения и (3) дифференциальный диагноз при доброкачественной ИЗТ, обратимой ишемии миокарда передней стенки левого желудочка, кардиомиопатии такоцубо, субарахноидальном кровоизлиянии, тромбоэмболии легочной артерии, аритмогенной кардиомиопатии правого желудочка и «памяти сердца». В обзоре представлены практические электрокардиографические критерии, позволяющие вовремя заподозрить угрожающие жизни состояния для выбора своевременного метода лечения.
