Ресинхронизирующая терапия при хронической сердечной недостаточности: диагностические и лечебные подходы

Аннотация
Хроническая сердечная недостаточность (ХСН) остается одной из наиболее важных проблем современной кардиологии. Одним из эффективных методов ее лечения является ресинхронизирующая терапия (РТ). В статье представлен анализ данных литературы об эффективности РТ в улучшении качества жизни, снижении числа госпитализаций и уровня смертности у пациентов с ХСН с выраженной систолической дисфункцией левого желудочка и расширением комплекса QRS, а также рассматриваются ключевые методы оптимизации РТ.
