Современное состояние проблемы хирургического лечения ишемической кардиомиопатии

Аннотация

В статье обсуждается современное состояние проблемы хирургического лечения ишемической кардиомиопатии (ИКМП). Рассматриваются патофизиологические аспекты ремоделирования левого желудочка при ИКМП. Приводится подробная характеристика и показана роль методов оценки жизнеспособности миокарда при ИКМП. Акцентировано внимание на методиках хирургического лечения при ИКМП. Обсуждается проблема дисфункции правого желудочка при ИКМП. Анализируются ограничения исследования Surgical Treatment for Ischemic Heart Failure (STICH). Статья рассчитана на кардиологов, терапевтов, кардиохирургов.
