

Тромбоэмболия легочных артерий: современные вызовы и перспективы

Аннотация
Тромбоэмболия легочных артерий (ТЭЛА) – сложное ургентное состояние, в диагностике и лечении которого до сих пор
остается множество нерешенных вопросов и «серых зон». Актуальные клинические рекомендации по ведению пациентов
с ТЭЛА частично устарели и не учитывают ряд современных данных. В настоящем обзоре авторами обозначены нерешен-
ные проблемы и приведены новейшие данные по оценке предтестовой вероятности, стратификации риска, диагностике
и лечению острой ТЭЛА, в особенности у пациентов с промежуточно-высоким и высоким риском смертельного исхода.
Отдельно рассматриваются вопросы реперфузионных катетерных методик, а также интенсивной терапии. Обсуждаются
необходимость создания и перспективы профильных ТЭЛА-центров экспертного уровня.
