Реваскуляризация миокарда при стабильных формах ишемической болезни сердца: современное состояние проблемы

Аннотация

В обзоре рассмотрены дискуссионные вопросы реваскуляризации миокарда при хронических формах ишемической болезни сердца, показаны принципиальные различия чрескожного коронарного вмешательства и коронарного шунтирования в свете долгосрочного прогноза и зависимость результатов от особенностей клинического профиля заболевания. Анализ современных публикаций свидетельствует о преимуществах открытых операций относительно отдаленной выживаемости и профилактики неблагоприятных исходов в целевых группах больных.
