Диагностика заболеваний периферических артерий у больных ишемической болезнью сердца. Краткое руководство для практикующих врачей

В руководстве мы рассматриваем основные методы диагностики заболеваний периферических артерий у кардиологических больных, от расспроса и физикального осмотра до функциональных тестов и сосудистой визуализации. Обсуждается диагностическая и прогностическая ценность каждой методики, ее возможности в плане снижения риска сердечно-сосудистых событий (ССС): инфаркта миокарда (ИМ), ишемического инсульта (ИИ) или ампутации конечностей при критической ишемии, общей смертности. Приводятся современные данные о возможностях снижения риска ССС с помощью интенсификации антитромботической терапии по данным исследования COMPASS.
