Эффективность ривароксабана в снижении риска развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца и заболеванием периферических артерий: результаты исследования COMPASS

В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к усовершенствованию вторичной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у пациентов со стабильным течением ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) и/или атеросклерозом периферических артерий (ПА) с помощью перорального антикоагулянта ривароксабана. Обсуждаются результаты первого международного проспективного исследования III фазы COMPASS по оценке эффективности и безопасности ривароксабана, включавшего 27 395 пациентов со стабильной ИБС или заболеванием ПА. Результаты исследования представлены на Европейском конгрессе кардиологов 2017 г. (г. Барселона). Ривароксабан обеспечивал снижение риска сердечно-сосудистой смерти, развития инсульта и инфаркта миокарда на 24%. Результаты исследования подтверждают положительный баланс риска и пользы и дополняют ранее полученные данные об эффективности применения ривароксабана у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями.
