Рассматривается возможный вариант одномоментного гибридного хирургического лечения аневризмы восходящего отдела и дуги аорты, осложненной выраженным атероматозным перерождением стенки аорты (синдром «shaggy aorta»), с использованием техники «замороженного хобота слона» («frozen elephant trunk»).

This case report describes simultaneous approach that enables to replace the ascending aortic aneurysm complicated with atherosclerotic lesions of the descending aorta (the “shaggy aorta” syndrome) using frozen elephant trunk technique.
