Представлен клинический случай кардиоваскулярного сифилиса у мужчины 30 лет. Дано подробное описание клинической картины заболевания, приведены результаты лабораторных и инструментальных методов исследований. Рассмотрены вопросы тактики ведения больных кардиоваскулярным сифилисом.

The article presents a clinical case of cardiovascular syphilis in a 30-year old man. The authors provided a detailed clinical picture and results of laboratory and instrumental examinations. Tactics of managing patients with cardiovascular syphilis are addressed.
