Проведено мета-аналитическое суммирование данных по влиянию терапии длинноцепочечными полиненасыщенными жирными кислотами на смертность от ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС). Методы. В анализ включены только исследования с более чем 500 участниками и продолжительностью более года. Всего в мета-анализ включены 13 исследований с общим числом участников 127455 человек. Результаты. Суммарная модель с фиксированными факторами указывала на значимое снижение вероятности смерти от ИБС в группе, получавшей терапию полиненасыщенными жирными кислотами (отношение шансов (ОШ) 0,89, 95% доверительный интервал (ДИ): 0,83–0,95, р=0,001). Модель со случайными факторами также давала доверительный интервал, не пересекавший единицу (ОШ 0,88, 95% ДИ: 0,80–0,97, p=0,008). Выделение группы исследований, в которых назначалась терапия эйкозопентаеновой кислотой в дозе 460 мг и докозогексаеновой кислотой в дозе 380 мг, показало значимое снижение смертности (ОШ 0,84, 95% ДИ: 0,77–0,92, p&lt;0,001) в обеих моделях – как со случайными, так и с фиксированными факторами. Заключение.Таким образом, применение полиненасыщенных жирных кислот приводит к снижению смертности от ИБС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. A meta-analysis was undertaken to sum up data on long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids treatment and coronary deaths. Methods. Only studies with no less than 500 participants and length of follow-up no less than one year were included. Total number of studies was 13 with 127455 participants. Results. Fixed factor (Peto) model demonstrated significant decrease in cardiac deaths in polyunsaturated fatty acids -treated group. (OR=0,89, 95%CI: 0,83-0,95, р=0,001). Random factor model confidence interval also does not included one (OR=0,88, 95%CI: 0,80-0,97, p=0.008). Subgroup analysis of studies that used therapy with 460 mg eicosapentaenoic acid and 380 docosahexaenoic acid per day demonstrated significant reduction in cardiac deaths (OR=0,84, 95%CI: 0,77-0,92) in both fixed factor and random factor models. Conclusion.
