Рассмотрены вопросы диагностики, основные принципы терапии, а также возможные осложнения и исходы. Представлен диагностический алгоритм, а также обновленные международные диагностические критерии синдрома такоцубо InterTak согласно экспертному документу Европейского общества кардиологов, опубликованному в 2018 году.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review article presents current data on the problem of takotsubo syndrome; the authors touched upon the main issues of epidemiology, clinical picture, pathophysiological mechanisms of the disease development. The problems of diagnosis, the basic principles of therapy, as well as possible complications and outcomes are considered.
