В литературе описаны единичные случаи диффузной кальцификации миокарда при миокардитах. В связи с этим процесс естественной эволюции структурных изменений в миокарде и их влияние на сердечно-сосудистую систему до сих пор недостаточно изучены. Для анализа выбран клинический случай 37‑летней пациентки с морфологически доказанным фульминантным лимфоцитарным миокардитом и обширной кальцификацией миокарда. Представлены анализ течения заболевания, алгоритм диагностики и выбора метода лечения, а также обзор ранее опубликованных работ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fulminant myocarditis is characterized by an extremely severe course and remains a life-threatening disease. Only isolated cases of diffuse myocardial calcification in myocarditis have been reported. For this reason, the process of natural evolution of myocardial structural changes and their impact on the cardiovascular system have not yet been sufficiently studied. A clinical case of a 37-year-old patient with morphologically proven fulminant lymphocytic myocarditis and extensive myocardial calcification was selected for the analysis.
