В документе изложены область применения, рекомендации по выполнению и интерпретации, а также ограничения методов оценки функциональной способности и толерантности к физической нагрузке при проведении клинических исследований у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Assessing the functional capacity and exercise tolerance is an important and widely used research tool in patients with heart failure. It is used not only in cardiac rehabilitation and physical therapy, but also for inclusion criteria and outcome measures in studies of drug interventions.
