Инфузия неотона продемонстрировала улучшение клинико-функционального статуса, снижение концентрации N-концевого фрагмента предшественника мозгового натрийуретического пептида (NT-proBNP) и улучшение диастолической функции левого желудочка.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of successful Neoton treatment of a patient with decompensated chronic heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction.
