Большинство из них имеют атеросклеротическое происхождение. Другими причинами являются заболевания соединительной ткани, травмы, васкулиты, кроме этого встречаются врожденные, микотические и идиопатические аневризмы. В статье представлен случай симптоматического пациента с гигантской аневризмой передней нисходящей артерии. Было проведено успешное кардиохирургическое вмешательство в объеме резекции аневризмы и маммарокоронарного шунтирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Coronary artery aneurysms (CAAs) are rarely reported in large angiographic series. The majority are atherosclerotic in origin. Other causes are connective tissue disorders, trauma, vasculitis, congenital, mycotic, and idiopathic. We herein present the case of an symptomatic patient with a giant left anterior descending artery aneurysm.
