В статье приводится описание клинического случая вирусной инфекции COVID-19, осложнившейся тяжелой пневмонией, «цитокиновым штормом», бактериемией, а также острым повреждением миокарда с декомпенсацией хронической сердечной недостаточности, желудочковыми нарушениями ритма сердца и образованием внутрисердечного тромба у больного старческого возраста с исходно клинически значимой сердечно-сосудистой патологией.

The article describes a clinical case of the COVID-19 viral infection complicated with severe pneumonia, “cytokine storm”, bacteriemia, and acute myocardial injury with decompensated chronic heart failure, ventricular arrhythmias, and formation of an intracardiac thrombus in an elderly patient with underlying clinically significant cardiovascular pathology.
